Dietary Aide

About the role

The position of Dietary Aide is available at Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Assist in food preparation and serving.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior health-care experience is preferred.
• Prior food services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
