About the role
We are seeking a Dietary Aide to support the launch of our new Hyannis facility in October 2026. This role will play a key part in building something meaningful from the ground up, supporting clinical excellence, guiding a dedicated team, and expanding access to care in the community.
Responsibilities
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations
- Knowledge of Infection Control standards - hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, blood spill kits, etc.
- Food safety certification required within the first year
- Preparation and serving of assigned meals following approved menu by the Nutrition Committee
- Opening/closing duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Director / Program Director / Director of Dietary to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility
Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- The ability to work with chemically dependent, dually diagnosed, and clients with other behavioral health issues
Pay
Pay Range: $20 - $23.50 per hour (Experience and Education dependent)
