About the role
Haven of Ridgeview is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team for part-time AM and PM shifts. In this role, you will help provide residents with an enjoyable dining experience while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure food is presented attractively and follows dietary guidelines
- Set up trays, carts, and dining areas
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation
- Prepare and distribute snacks
- Follow portion control, food safety, and infection control procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and guests
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Food service or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
