Dietary Aide

Job Summary

Experience individualized care at a Haven Healthcare affiliated facility. Our highly skilled clinical and therapy teams are dedicated to delivering specialized services centered around each resident’s unique needs, interests, and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing
• Auxiliary with meal service in a timely and organized manner
• Follow portion control procedures and dietary guidelines
• Perform daily cleaning duties in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas to enhance the mealtime experience
• Prepare and deliver snacks and supplemental dietary items as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs., and carry items a minimum of 50 feet
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
