Dietary Aide

About the role

This is a full-time position with AM/PM shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve appetizing, nutritious meals in an attractive manner
- Assist with timely and accurate meal service
- Follow portion control standards and dietary guidelines
- Set up meal trays, dining rooms, and food carts
- Prepare and deliver snacks as directed
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to residents, families, and guests
- Support the dietary team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Dependable, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life
