About the role
Riverview Healthcare Center is hiring Dietary Aides to support their kitchen team and serve residents.
Responsibilities
- Read tray cards and prepare meal trays accurately
- Set up trays with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Serve meals on time, at the proper temperature, and with care
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Transport carts to and from dining areas
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area
- Help keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly
Requirements
- Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation (or willingness to learn)
Qualifications
- Dependable and willing to show up ready to work
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Detail-minded and able to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and help where needed
