Responsibilities
- Assist the cook in the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal Food Sanitation Codes
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal Food Sanitation Codes
- Ensure that work area is consistently clean and safe
Requirements
- Illinois Food Sanitation Certification (or ability to attain this upon hire)
- Some experience in a food preparation environment

Schedule
The Schedule is 3-4 Days per week and every other weekend from 3:30pm to 7:30pm.
