Dietary Aide
About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with their individual dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with food preparation, including meal prep, cooking, and plating
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Work closely with the dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, including greeting and serving them with a smile
- Maintain confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with food preparation and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
