Dietary Aide

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Highland Care Center in Holladay, Utah. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and efficient dietary department. Responsibilities: Assist the dietary team with meal preparation, food service, and cleanup dutiesMaintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, and storage spacesEnsure food is stored, prepared, and served in accordance with facility policies and regulationsMonitor and maintain accurate records of food service, inventory, and resident preferencesCollaborate with dietary staff to develop and implement special menus and meal plans for residentsProvide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods What We Offer: Health, Dental, and Vision, 401K Match, PTO.
