Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and transport patient, staff, and guest meals
- Take inventory and maintain records
- Stock food and supplies
- Food preparation, setup, and service
- Transport food and supplies within or between hospitals
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas between use
- Maintain accurate cash operations
- Prepare, deliver/collect, and review daily patient menus to ensure selections are in accordance with prescribed diet
- Prepare and deliver patient formulas
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Additional experience/training required dependent upon discipline.
