Dietary Aide

Lafayette Manor, Inc provides a full range of services in our highly regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services. We are currently seeking full-time Dietary Aides to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food service team in food preparation, food service, and in maintaining a clean sanitized environment.
• Collaborate closely with the dietary team and nursing staff to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences.
• Contribute to creating a positive dining experience that supports the health and comfort of all residents.

Requirements

• Attentiveness to detail.
• Patience.
• The ability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
