The Dietary Aide position at CareOne is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director, adhering to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents
• Ensure food safety and quality
• Support the Nutrition Service Director in managing dietary functions
• Work flexible shifts including weekends

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
• Flexible to work all shifts
• Positive attitude is crucial for success
• Ability to work weekends is a strong plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
