Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning up after meals
- Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of food and supplies to patients and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining, and storage areas
- Participate in menu planning and food preparation for special events and activities
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient meals and snacks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
