Duties
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in our community
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and sanitation standards
- Restock supplies, inventory, and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service and resident satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain resident diets and special requests, reporting any concerns or issues to the dietary supervisor
- Participate in menu planning and food preparation as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and waste management
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in food service, dietary, or related field
- Basic understanding of food preparation and sanitation practices
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay
Wage: $15/hr
