Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Passion for serving the needs of our residents and their families.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in senior living or related field.
• Training in areas such as nutrition, health promotion, and resident care.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements governing long-term care facilities.

Skills

Essential skills include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.
