Dietary Aide

About the role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Dietary Aide to join our talented staff for either full or part-time hours. AdviniaCare is an established senior living provider offering assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts to Florida.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals for medical patients and older people
• Show nutritional knowledge, experience creating, and delivering nutritional meal plans
• Help patients fulfill specific dietary requirements to promote their health and wellbeing
• Duties include preparing and cooking dishes, delivering food to patients, and assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, sanitary workplace

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a dietary aide
• Demonstrated experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Apt in operating cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances
• Ability to successfully operate cooking equipment
