Dietary Aide

Prepare and Assemble Food

• Follow standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.

Serve Meals

• Serve meals on tray lines.
• Record food temperatures.
• Deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.

Cleanliness and Organization

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.

Operate Equipment and Process Transactions

• Operate dishroom equipment and café registers.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Monitor sanitation logs and temperature records.
• Take corrective actions as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic math skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good customer service skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Physical ability to perform designated job.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Grad or Equiv (Preferred).
• Experience in food service or hospitality/healthcare industry (Preferred).

Pay Range

$15.31 - $24.49
