Overview Grandview Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with established menus, dietary restrictions, and food safety guidelines. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities Assisting with meal preparation and food serviceSetting up, serving, and cleaning dining areasDelivering meals to residents as neededFollowing dietary guidelines and resident meal plansMaintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areasSupporting cooks and dietary staff with daily tasks Qualifications Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred (but not required)Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of food handling and sanitation is helpfulCompassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents
