About the role
Regal Care at Worcester is a short and long term care facility in Worcester, MA, seeking Dietary Aides/ Servers for full-time positions from 6am-3pm or part-time positions from 3:30pm-8pm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and food service tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Support resident care routines as directed
Requirements
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination required
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
