Diesel Technology Instructor

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare materials needed for instruction, labs, testing, supplies;
• Relate instruction and material to course objectives;
• Discuss and demonstrate workplace safety, personal safety and power/hand tool safety;
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with students, other faculty and staff;
• Submit grades, attendance, reports and records in a timely manner.
• Utilize Canvas (online learning platform) to facilitate course
• Provide basic lab maintenance and track inventory of equipment and tools utilized;

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Diesel Technology or Heavy Duty Truck experience or ASE Diesel certified with 2 years of experience
