About the Role
Join us as a Diesel Technician and earn a minimum of $170 in the first 2 hours, then $60 per hour after. Driving to and from jobs counts as paid time. Technicians typically make $2000–$3000 weekly in under 25 hours, depending on hustle and skill. You are paid the same day on each job.
Typical breakdowns include coolant, oil, air leaks, jumpstarts, tires, and other repairs to get customers back on the road quickly.
We provide dispatch, handle payments, and offer same-day pay. If you're proficient with computers, we provide JPro for all makes and models—earn an extra $75 each time you hook up to a client.
Headquarters in Louisville, KY, offers 1–2 days of additional training as needed. Work in your local area within a 60–90 mile radius.
Responsibilities
- Perform diesel repairs and maintenance, including coolant, oil, air leaks, jumpstarts, and tire repairs.
- Respond to on-call service requests within the designated work hours.
- Use diagnostic tools like JPro for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Travel to job sites within a 60–90 mile radius of your home area.
Requirements
- Willingness to work on-call between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. (or later if preferred).
- Basic knowledge of diesel repairs (training available in Louisville, KY, if needed).
- Own a pickup truck (with or without utility boxes), valid insurance, and registration.
- Your own tools (if you lack funds but are eager to learn, we provide in-shop training and opportunities to earn money for tools and insurance).
- Strong work ethic and hustle—no excuses.
Pay
