As a Caterpillar Dealer Service Technician, you will be the backbone of the industry. You’ll be the highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the powerful machines that build our world.

What You Will Learn

Through a mix of technical academic coursework at the PCC Rock Creek campus and real-world shop experience during paid internships, you will become an expert in:

• Engine Fundamentals & Fuel Systems
• Electrical Systems & Machine Hydraulics
• Transmissions, Torque Converters, & Final Drives
• Undercarriage & Machine Maintenance

Program Details

• Duration: 2 Years (Full-time) with a quarterly rotation between school and internships
• Degree: AAS: Dealer Service Technology or Caterpillar Electric Power
• Location: PCC Rock Creek & Sponsoring Dealership location
• Financial Aid: Eligible for qualifying students

Requirements

This is a Limited Entry program. We are looking for candidates who are:

• Mechanically inclined and solution-oriented.
• Committed to a two-year academic and technical schedule.
• Ready to represent the Cat® brand with professionalism and skill.
