Responsibilities

• Lead the team with the best employees and we're now hiring experienced Diesel Technicians for the Kapolei, HI Freightliner of Hawaii location!
• Work with cutting edge industry technologies.
• Coach and encourage you every step of the way in well equipped, safe facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance or complete engine overhauls.
• Conduct inspections & diagnostic tests, identify deficiencies.
• Read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Develop technical skills through training opportunities.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
• Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems.

Pay

Based upon level of skill and experience, hourly compensation is $20.00 to $45.00.
