Diesel Technician
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair our fleet — primarily Freightliner trucks, plus Kenworth and Internationals
- Perform preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, air brakes, suspension & steering, after-treatment service, charging systems, and A/C
- Accurately record repairs, parts use, and warranty details
- Follow safety and quality standards in every job
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and fleet management
- Stay sharp with ongoing training in the latest diesel technology (Diamond Logic Builder, Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link, Bendix Acom, Wabco Toolbox, etc.)
- Collaborate with teammates to solve tough problems
- Take on other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Required: 1-2+ years' experience in fleet maintenance or recent tech school graduate
- Valid driver's license
- Strongly Preferred: Certifications (EPA 609, Cummins, Navistar, Daimler)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (Cummins Insite, DTNA, Bendix, etc.)
- Class 8 truck repair experience (electronics, PMs, brakes, suspension)
- Nice to Have: CDL A or B

As a Tractor Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing our fleet, performing preventative maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards. You'll also communicate with drivers and fleet management, stay updated with the latest diesel technology, and collaborate with teammates to solve complex problems.
