Diesel Technician

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Class 6–8 trucks: brakes, air, electrical, drivetrain, after-treatment, hydraulics
• Run PMs, DOT inspections, and component R&Rs
• Document everything on a company tablet - before/after photos, parts, time
• Work alongside our Lead Tech and Service Advisor to keep work flowing
• Take pride in clean comebacks - we don't want to see the same truck twice

What You Bring

• 5+ years heavy-duty diesel experience (we'll consider 1+ for the right person willing to learn)
• Solid diagnostic ability - you can read a code AND figure out what's actually wrong
• Your own basic toolbox (we backfill specialty tools)
• Valid driver's license, willingness to take a road test
• ASE certs and CDL are valued - we pay extra for these and will help get the ones you don't have.

We're a 25+year, family-owned heavy-duty truck and trailer shop with 4 locations and mobile across Ohio. We're not the biggest. We're the one people stay at. Our turnover is low because we pay well, run a clean shop, and back our techs up.
