About the role

Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. With over 280 locations across the country, TA Truck Service has a solid foundation and a forward-thinking vision.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide
• Diagnose wear conditions and together with TSA or Manager, makes recommendations to customers
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs
• Follow safety guidelines and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers

Requirements

We'd like to see a dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred
• Heavy duty ASE certifications not required, but a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions
• A valid driver’s license

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects occasionally.

Skills

While not required, having Heavy Duty ASE certifications is a plus.

Pay

Pay Range: $19.00 - 22.80 per hour

Schedule

Flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
