Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer (boilerplate, remove) About Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions ... (boilerplate, remove) Job Category: Vehicle Maintenance/Mechanics/Technicians Job Function: Truck Maintenance Job Family: Vehicle Maintenance Address: 2151 SE Frontage Road Primary Location: US-WI-Sturtevant Employer: Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. Req ID: 2611019 (metadata, can be short p or drop) We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (the initial description). Responsibilities (Main Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills maybe from "Why Penske is for You"? Actually that includes benefits etc. Benefits: "Excellent benefits, including lots of time off". Also "Competitive starting salary" is Pay. "Shift Premium" maybe part of Pay? Could be separate. "Career stability", "Opportunity for growth", "Strong, well-rounded training on a variety of OEM equipment", "Advanced vehicle maintenance technology", "Location and schedule flexibility". Those could be Benefits or maybe other sections. We need to decide. We have Shift: Monday – Friday 2pm – 1030pm => Schedule. Pay: "Competitive starting salary" and "Shift Premium". Could combine. Benefits: "Excellent benefits, including lots of time off", "Strong, well-rounded training on a variety of OEM equipment (Penske’s Technician Certification Program is certified as a Continuing Automotive Service Education provider)", "Advanced vehicle maintenance technology", "Location and schedule flexibility". Also "Career stability", "Opportunity for growth". Might be considered benefits. Skills: maybe from Qualifications? Actually Qualifications includes experience, certifications, etc. Skills could be "Ability to solve problems", "Excellent customer service skills and communication skills", "Ability to work well as part of a team", "Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions", "Basic computer skills". Also "Experienced using all tools of the trade". Could be Skills. Requirements maybe overlapping with Qualifications? The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements are mandatory, Qualifications preferred. But we can just put all in Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements? The posting includes "Qualifications:" list. It also includes some statements like "Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred" etc. That's more requirement. Could treat "Qualifications" as the section. Could also have "Requirements" maybe from the physical requirements etc. But we can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That seems enough. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location? The work location is given at top. Should we include it? It's substantive. Could be placed in About the role as a paragraph? Or maybe a separate short p for location. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is not minor metadata; it's substantive. Could include as a paragraph before sections? Probably include as a

at start. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, About Penske, Job Category etc. Let's extract content. Location: "2151 SE Frontage Rd, Sturtevant, WI 53177" About the role: The paragraph starting "What’s the Job? Ready to move your career forward? As an experienced Technician at Penske..." includes many sentences. We'll capture that as prose. Responsibilities: list items under "Main Responsibilities:" each sentence separated by spaces. We'll make list. Qualifications: list under "Qualifications:" each sentence separated by spaces. We'll make list. Skills: we need to extract skill-related statements: "The ability to solve problems", "Excellent customer service skills and communication skills", "The ability to work well as part of a team", "Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions", "Basic computer skills", "Experienced using all tools of the trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, and hand and power tools)". Also maybe "Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred" could be requirement but we can put in Skills or Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications covering experience etc. Let's treat driver's license as Requirement? But we don't have a Requirement section. Could add to Qualifications as it's a qualification. We'll include. Benefits: from "Why Penske is for You:" list: "Competitive starting salary" (but that's Pay), "Shift Premium" (Pay), "Career stability", "Opportunity for growth", "Excellent benefits, including lots of time off", "Strong, well-rounded training on a variety of OEM equipment (Penske’s Technician Certification Program is certified as a Continuing Automotive Service Education provider)", "Advanced vehicle maintenance technology", "Location and schedule flexibility". We'll separate Pay and Benefits. Pay: "Competitive starting salary", "Shift Premium". Could be list. Schedule: "Shift: Monday – Friday 2pm – 1030pm". We'll put as

maybe. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now produce HTML. Structure:
