Maintenance and Repair

You will serve as a critical asset to our fleet maintenance, ensuring the reliability and safety of Tracktor-Trailers and mobile cranes. This role gives you the autonomy to manage complex technical repairs while directly supporting structural steel projects that shape Southern New England. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven professional experience working as a Diesel Mechanic on heavy equipment or commercial fleets.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with complex hydraulic systems.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in repairing, diagnosing, and servicing heavy-duty air brake systems.
• Capability to interpret technical manuals, fluid schematics, and mechanical blueprints independently.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Formal technical training or completion of an apprenticeship program focused on diesel mechanics.
• Previous experience maintaining machinery specifically used in structural steel or industrial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior shop helpers or mechanics in safety practices.
