We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing fleet equipment including motorcoaches, buses, trucks, and trailers. Key duties include performing preventive maintenance, inspections, oil changes, and diagnosing issues using computer diagnostic tools. Repairs may involve engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, exhaust, and safety components. Test drives ensure vehicle safety and proper operation. Assist with parts procurement and shop maintenance tasks is also required. Qualifications include at least 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Experience reading service manuals and using diagnostic equipment is essential. A valid CDL is required within 90 days of employment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in environments with mechanical fumes, vibration, and noise.
