About the role
We are currently searching for diesel truck mechanics for our Portland, OR branch located at 8801 North Vancouver Avenue.
Responsibilities
- The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a diesel tractor / truck / semi.
- Experience with air brake systems and repairs.
- Experience with oil changes, preventative maintenance, starters, wheel seals, and all bolt on components.
- Welding experience is a plus for pump and compressor installations, but not required (optional).
Requirements
- Regular lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lifting and moving up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Able to work in confined spaces.

Schedule
This position is for a Monday through Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $41.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases occur every 6 months.
