Diesel Mechanic

Job Summary

We are hiring a Diesel Mechanic in Rock Springs, WY. The position is open and requires daytime shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. The salary range is $30.00 - $32.00 per hour. Travel may be required to repair pumping equipment on work sites and district shops.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in highway equipment maintenance
• Experience with a variety of basic hand, power tools, and equipment
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• A Class A CDL with HazMat and DOT brake certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in transportation regulations
• Digital literacy: Comfort with Google Chrome, TMT, and on-board diagnostic systems
• Expertise with solid diagnostic experience in ABS and DEF systems
• Familiarity with maintenance software
• Familiarity or interest in cryogenics
