REV Repair, LLC is a small, family-owned and operated repair shop looking for a dependable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We take pride in providing honest, high-quality work for our customers and are looking for someone who shares those same values. Because we're a small shop, every member of our team matters. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, willing to work hard, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment
• Perform repairs ranging from routine maintenance and brake work to engine repairs and engine swaps
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform inspections and identify needed repairs
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Properly document repairs and communicate findings
• Work independently while also contributing as part of a small team
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Previous heavy-duty diesel/truck repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Self-driven, dependable, and motivated
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with diesel repair
• Must have your own tools
• Willingness to work additional hours during busy seasons when necessary

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch
• Additional/overtime hours may be required during busy seasons, including planting and harvest
