Die Repair - 2nd/3rd

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus. Starting rate up to $37/hour plus $0.50/$1.00 shift premium. Performance/compensation reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

About the role

Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies in line with the original specifications. Use blueprints to build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts. Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces. Make repairs, remove stuck castings, correct dimensional problems, change cores and trim punches. Perform welding duties as needed. Troubleshoot all production tooling problems to determine the best course of action. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
