About the role
Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs. Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed. Coordinate crew assignments and provide training for new team members.

Qualifications
Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment. Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.
Pay
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $15.51 - $20.56 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
