Die Cut Operator 3rd Shift

Description

The Bobst Die Cut Operator is responsible for the overall production of the machine and the quality of the work produced.

Requirements

• Set up and operate the die cut machine.
• Responsible for prepping machine for the next production run, sheets, dies, etc.
• Evaluate production quality; bring concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Aid in training other die cut personnel.
• Troubleshoot production issues that may arise.
• Adhere to routine maintenance spelled out in the Preventive Maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Overtime is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read and interpret documentation such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using conventional techniques and formulas
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Prior die cut experience

Pay

The starting rate is $27.15 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd (11pm to 7am)
