Didactic Adjunct Faculty - Nursing

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned course load as agreed upon at beginning of term
• Provide high quality instruction to students in assigned courses with emphasis on active teaching strategies to engage students
• Be available to students for office hours as directed by Director of Nursing
• Submit grades for assignments as directed by course coordinator
• Provide regular feedback to students
• Plan instructional activities
• Communicate and issues with course coordinator
• Attend faculty meetings as per the Director of Nursing

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Master of Science in Nursing required. Doctorate Degree preferred. Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred.
• License: Valid NY State Professional RN license
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues

Pay

Maximum Salary USD $100.00/Hr.
