What you will be doing
- Customer Care: Greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, answering patient questions, and assisting with transportation arrangements.
- Operational Support: Maintaining clinic operations by updating and maintaining medical records, preparing patient records and charts for treatments, assisting in audits, supporting financial operations, ensuring adequate supplies and inventory, and processing lab work.
What we're looking for
- Six months of relevant experience in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
- One year experience in an administrative position preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in all USRC applications within 90 days of hire.
