About the role
Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver skilled and compassionate care directly in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of WA
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
