About the role
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting motivated, compassionate individuals to provide top-notch patient care in a supportive, nonprofit setting. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will deliver specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units, working as part of a patient care team to ensure safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested

Education/Training
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training

Pay
Compensation ranges from $42.00–$48.50 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
Schedule
Full-time, four 10-hour shifts, 6:00 am–4:00 pm; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
