Dialysis Registered Nurse

About the role

DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our Minerva Park outpatient dialysis team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience is required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

What To Expect:

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Long-term patient relationships
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
• The clinic has Fresenius T machines and 17 chairs, with 3-4 PCTs/1 LPN and 1-2 RNs per shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Schedule

Clinic Operational Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Qualifications

• Dialysis experience or CNN/CDN certification (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
