About the role

As a DaVita RN at our Navarre Dialysis clinic, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, prioritizing the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.

Operational hours: Monday–Saturday, 4:30 AM–4:00 PM (open at 3:30 AM, close at 5:00 PM). The location has 7 chairs and clinic staff consists of 1 dialysis tech and 1 RN per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a small and supportive care team

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
• CNN certification a plus
• Confidence in nursing abilities, adaptability, leadership skills, and ability to take and give redirection when needed
• Willingness to speak up, communicate openly, and think critically
