Job Description

Directs and manages all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients, from admission through discharge. This includes training patients and caregivers on the safe and effective operation of home dialysis therapy equipment, ensuring patient readiness, and assessing the environment for suitability. You'll also manage patient experience efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and directing data entry activities.

Success Profile

Successful candidates are expected to have a minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience, one year medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience preferred. Leadership skills, including communication, customer service, performance management, and continuous quality improvement, are crucial. Additionally, you should be able to manage staff effectively and ensure competency in home dialysis therapy operations.
