About the Role
The Dialysis Program Manager oversees the hospital's hemodialysis program, ensuring safe and effective patient care by implementing policies, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the hemodialysis program to ensure quality care.
- Supervise dialysis staff and promote high standards of patient safety.
- Develop and enforce policies for safe dialysis practices.
- Coordinate with hospital management and community partners.
- Communicate patient concerns and updates effectively.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure and CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year; CRRN preferred.
- At least one year of inpatient hospital and dialysis nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.
