About the Role

The Dialysis Program Manager oversees the hospital's hemodialysis program, ensuring safe and effective patient care by implementing policies, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the hemodialysis program to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year; CRRN preferred.
• At least one year of inpatient hospital and dialysis nursing experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.
