Dialysis Program Manager

Qualifications

• Licenses or Certifications: Current RN licensure as per state regulations, CPR certification, ACLS within 1 year of hire (preferred), CRRN certification (preferred).
• Minimum Qualifications: One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred), one year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred), inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Availability: Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the hemodialysis program and hospital management.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Experience: One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred), one year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred), inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
