Dialysis LVN/LPN

About the Role

This position involves providing patient care and supporting clinic operations under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples and review medication profiles
• Document treatments, communications, and patient condition changes
• Assist with billing and operational tasks
• Use supplies and staff labor efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Report equipment issues
• Participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors
• Previous dialysis experience preferred
• Completion of USRC training program with demonstrated competency within 8 weeks
• Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills, including all USRC clinical applications within 90 days
• Organizational skills to manage time and tasks effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and practice requirements for the state
