Dialysis LVN/LPN

About the Role

This role involves supporting patient care and clinic operations by efficiently utilizing supplies and staff hours, assisting with billing logs, and performing assigned duties to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples and review medication profiles
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
• Report equipment issues
• Participate in staff meetings and training
• Assist with staff education

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license
• CPR certification
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Dialysis experience (preferred)
• Successful completion of approved training programs (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Adherence to healthcare regulations
