Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse (Clinical Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
• Watch over the nurses and technicians who provide care
• Make sure the care is done safely and with compassion
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, team-based setting

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
• Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Get approval for being ready to handle charges
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is great
• Be good with computers (know MS Word, Outlook)
• Be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays
