About the role

As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure that quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations. As the facility leader, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring cost-effective facility operations in accordance with all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements and programs.

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
  • Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
  • Collaborates with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program.
  • Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with all data collections and auditing activities.
  • Accountable for completion of the Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding.
  • Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.

As the facility leader, you will be responsible for clinic operations, patient care, staff management, and physician relationships.

Qualifications

Must have the ability to manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.

Must have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
