Responsibilities
- Perform duties as a Dialysis Nurse.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and assist nurse educator with training for staff in all clinical systems.
- Audit flowsheets to ensure transcription and implementation of Physician’s orders is completed.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator for patient care staffing, matching patient needs with staff capabilities and experiences to maximize staffing resources.
- Assist in the teaching and training of new staff members as directed by the Nurse Educator - i.e., machines, ROS, procedures etc.
- Ensure vascular access management for the patients is documented as needed.

Requirements
- Maintain a current MT license as a registered nurse.
- Completion from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- 2 years’ experience in a dialysis setting.
- Experience in critical care nursing is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Pay
Pay range from $36-$46 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
Schedule
Full-time, five 8-hour days, shifts start at 8:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
