We are seeking a Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at our Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Monroe, WA. The DCM is responsible for the management and supervision of in-center dialysis patient care, ensuring quality nursing care is delivered to each patient. The DCM oversees staffing assignments and is provided with the resources and authority to meet the unit’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise in-center dialysis patient care.
  • Ensure quality nursing care is delivered to each patient.
  • Oversee staffing assignments and resource management.
  • Respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours.
  • Travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations for training or shift coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Current CPR certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare.
  • Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis (preferred).
  • Licensure in Washington state as MA-HT and national certification as CHT/CCHT (preferred).

Pay

Salary range for this position is $80,188.01 - $120,282.04 annually. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors, including previous experience in the same or similar role.

Schedule

This is a regular full-time position, primarily at PSKC’s clinic in Monroe. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
